Lane Cove First Aid Course

We are pleased to announce we are now offering First aid and CPR training courses for Lane Cove residents on the Lower North Shore. The Lane Cove community now has North Shore First Aid courses offered by Simple Instruction. Simple Instruction has been a part of the Northern Beaches community for the past 10 years and having our Crows Nest location on Willoughby Rd provides an opportunity for residents on the Lower North Shore to stay in their community and not travel to the Sydney CBD.

With the changing safety conditions due to COVID-19 we are now offering enhanced online first aid and training courses. The online based courses can be completed in your own home or workplace. Assessment for first aid courses (includes CPR) takes as little as 30 minutes and assessment for CPR takes as little as 15mins.
